Golf

For those who enjoy golf, fellowship, fresh air and nature at its best. 

McCleery Golf Course is bounded by Tony Riding Estates and the Fraser River.

McCleery is a calm oasis for a relaxing game of golf and will make a great start to the conference for avid and casual golfers.

Don't spend too much time afterewards as the 19th hole as you will want to joint the tourists on the Trolley Tour back at the Four Seasons hotel for iRISH Night!

Aquarium

Enjoy Friday evening at the Vancouver Aquarium.  Watch the white Beluga Whales swim slowly past you in the viewing gallery, see the otters play and enjoy a live Dolphin Show.  Then tour the Aquarium to mix and mingle with friends, while you enjoy some appies and drinks as you, "dine with the fishes".

Street Dining

Enjoy Vancouver's Gourmet Food Truck experience for Saturday's lunch.  We will be going across the street from the Four Seasons Hotel to the Vancouver Art Gallery and surrounding streets, where you will be able to purchase a variety of gourmet cuisine for about $10. 

Then, after you've finished, make sure you stay close and be ready to take part in the iRotary Flash Mob!

Flash Mob

Take part in the Rotary Flash Mob to End Polio Now!  Rotarians and guests will perform a professionally choreographed dance in downtown Vancouver, which will be videotaped for presentation on YouTube and used to promote Rotary and our fight to eradicate polio.
The video's director, Bobby Bonsey has previously produced Flash Mobs in Seattle, New York and Russia.

Trolley Tour

 

Hop on a San Francisco-style trolley and tour some of Vancouver's famous attractions such as:

Stroll throught Stanley Park - a 1,000 acre park with its famous totem poles, the Brockton Point Lighthouse and the Seawall

Stop at Granville Island and dine at the Public Market and other restuarants, visit boutique stores and art shops.

See Canada's largest China Town and a popular Vancouver tourist attraction

End in historic Gastown - the first downtown core of the city and a National Historic site with an after-trolley visit to the Steamworks Brewing Company.
